1. Backup the website regularly.
2. Restoring the website.
3. Adding new club members (only those who are going to contribute to the website: event organisers, committee officers etc).
4. Removing club members.
5. Assigning Committee Roles to users (website uses this information to build the Contact Us page).
6. Adding additional meta data for website users (eg categories, tags. menu items).
