  1. Backup the website regularly.
  2. Restoring the website from a backup.
  3. Adding new club members (only those who are going to contribute to the website: event organisers, committee officers etc).
  4. Removing club members from website contribution access.
  5. Assigning Committee/Club Roles to users (website uses this information to build the Contact Us page and provides other features) .
  6. Adding a new Committee/Club Role (in addition to the transitional roles of Chairman etc)
  7. Adding additional meta data for website users to use (eg categories, tags. menu items).
